Hackfest hopes to inspire middle and high school students to embark on new and exciting STEM focused projects. Our objective is to teach students the basics of coding and robotics, later putting what they have learned to the test in a team based competition.

Workshop Information:
Dates: August 14th and 16th (Mon and Wed), 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Location: Hub101
Description: Each workshop will prepare students for the Hackfest that Friday. The purpose is to teach students how to code in Arduino (C++) and utilize Microduino modules, simple electronic building blocks, to build any exciting project they can imagine. Students only need to come to one of the two workshop days offered, which is more than enough instruction to enable them to participate in Hackfest at the end of the week.
